We are looking for an Integration and Technical Support Manager to join our team as the leader of an international group of specialists and take on a key role in managing integration and technical support projects
As an Integration and Technical Support Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and developing integration solutions, coordinating the work of development teams, and ensuring a high level of technical support for our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Managing projects related to the implementation of new integrations and the development of existing ones (API, e-commerce, marketplace).
- Coordinating and supervising the work of internal and external developers, including managing priorities and backlog.
- Providing technical support for the company’s software through the support team.
- Building, recruiting, developing, and evaluating an international team (target size: 7 people).
- Managing the technical knowledge base and documentation of integration processes.
- Creating, maintaining, and enforcing procedures, processes, and work standards.
- Developing and maintaining project roadmaps in the area of integration and support.
- Analyzing reports and technical issues and defining preventive actions.
- Monitoring the quality of service for business partners and clients using integrations.
- Reporting team performance results and recommending improvements.
- Keeping up with technology trends and implementing innovations that increase efficiency.
- Collaborating with product and technology departments on integration development.
Requirements:
- Practical knowledge of system integration processes and API lifecycle management.
- Experience coordinating developer work (in-house and outsourced) and managing backlog.
- Documented experience in building, recruiting, and evaluating a technical team.
- Ability to define and implement processes, procedures, and work standards.
- Experience providing technical support for systems/software.
- Analytical skills and the ability to solve problems in a technical environment.
- Strong communication skills and experience working in an international environment.
- English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
- Preferred: experience managing project roadmaps and familiarity with API monitoring tools.

- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00
