Marketing Communications Director

To make Meest International a more recognizable, valuable, and customer-centric brand, we are seeking a strong strategic leader for the position of  a Marketing Communications Director. This leader will oversee all marketing communications and build a modern, integrated marketing ecosystem.

This role is for you if you:

  • Have experience leading marketing across multiple countries or within a large international company;
  • Can think strategically but also dive into details when necessary;
  • Know how to combine brand creativity with clear performance marketing metrics;
  • Aim to build not just campaigns but a comprehensive marketing system that accompanies the customer throughout their journey;
  • Are ready to lead transformation, build a team, implement innovations, and be part of global growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies for B2C and B2B segments in alignment with business objectives.
  • Brand management and positioning, ensuring compliance with brand standards and strengthening brand awareness in key markets.
  • Coordination of PR strategy, media and agency relations, and crisis communications.
  • Strategy for websites, e-commerce, SEO, marketing automation, and lead generation. Leadership in digital transformation.
  • Management of content strategy, social media presence, and performance marketing campaigns.
  • Planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns across 7 countries with a focus on ROI and efficiency.
  • Collaboration with Sales, Product, Operations, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Selection, management, and performance evaluation of external partners.
  • Leadership of managers and specialists, team development, goal setting, and KPI implementation.
  • Alignment of marketing activities across 7 European countries and coordination with teams in the USA and China.
  • Budget management, performance evaluation, and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing communications, branding, or digital marketing.
  • Experience working in an international or multicultural environment.
  • Proven success in leading senior management teams and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Knowledge of modern marketing technologies, analytics, paid and organic channels.
  • Experience working in both B2B and B2C segments.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
  • Additional languages (especially European or Chinese) are a plus.
