How to prepare a parcel for shipment?

Packing
- Choose the right box: Use a sturdy cardboard box that is the right size. It should not be too big or too small.
- Protect your content: Wrap fragile items in bubble wrap, wrapping paper or other cushioning material.
- Close the box: Securely seal all seams with strong adhesive tape.

Labelling
- Add notes: If the goods are fragile, mark this (e.g. with the words "Fragile" or "Caution").

- Weigh the parcel: Find out the weight and dimensions, as this may affect the shipping cost.
- Documents: When ordering a courier, our manager will automatically prepare a customs declaration in the system, so you don't need to print anything.
