HOW TO FILL OUT THE DECLARATION OF PACKAGE CONTENTS?

Arrow

If you are sending a parcel within the European Union, you just need to describe the contents of your parcel in general terms.

For parcels leaving the EU customs zone, a more detailed declaration is required, the so-called customs declaration. In the customs declaration, enter the first 3 letters of the product name and select the appropriate option from the drop-down list.

If your product is not on the list, let us know - we will supplement the database of available products.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME OF A PARCELS FROM THE MOMENT OF ITS SHIPMENT?

Arrow

Delivery time depends on the country of origin and the country of destination of the parcel. For delivery within the European Union, the estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days.

Parcels sent to Ukraine are delivered to recipients within 5-14 business days, the delivery time also depends on the work of customs in Ukraine.

WHAT DOCUMENTS NEED TO BE ADDED TO THE PARCELS?

Arrow

Thanks to the electronic parcel registration form, a label with the recipient's address details and a customs declaration are generated online and attached to the parcel at the Meest Polska warehouse. You do not need to attach any documents to the parcel. If the shipping method you have chosen requires it, stick the label with the sender's details received from Meest Post on the parcel.

Arrow

Yes, but it must be a special cardboard envelope that will protect the contents of the shipment. You can also use a flat box. Envelopes and boxes of various sizes can be found, for example, at Česká Pošta branches. Check whether you plan to send documents that are allowed for shipment:
