What is important to know before shipping?
Sending medicines and food to Spain
We can help you deliver most medications in reasonable quantities. Before sending, we recommend that you check whether the medication does not contain substances prohibited in Spain. If the medication requires a prescription, a medical certificate in English will be required. Ideally, the medication should be in its original packaging with instructions.
For food, we can ship items that do not require refrigeration or have a long shelf life. Exceptions include perishable items such as dairy products, fresh fruit or other items that require special conditions.
Shipping cigarettes, alcohol and tobacco products
We do not recommend shipping tobacco products, alcohol, or other similar items due to possible restrictions and risks.
Delivery of goods with a built-in battery
Electronic devices such as laptops, phones or e-bikes may contain lithium batteries, which are considered dangerous goods. Improper packaging can cause a short circuit or even a fire. To avoid risks, make sure the batteries are properly insulated using special non-conductive materials.

- Fill the voids in the box with padding to prevent the contents from moving.
